I watched a movie from beginning to end in one sitting, not counting Hank’s potty breaks. This is a profound achievement not accomplished in years. All possible because Alex isn’t here.
It isn’t that she stops me from watching movies but the movies I want to watch, like ones about Ted Bundy, are usually watched in 20 minute increments, during the day while everyone is at school or work. It takes me a week to watch a movie.
We all miss Alex and are looking forward to her upsetting our newly acquired TV-MA watching habits. There’s only so much room for Ted Bundy movies in a person’s life although I must say, Zac Ephron has come a long way from “High School Musical” fame which is more in line to what’s on the TV when Alex is around and that’s not a bad thing. Friday feels like ages…
